Healthy Air Fryer Recipes
Sweet Potato Tuna Patties & Sweet Potato Fries
If you are a sweet potato fan, like me, you are going to l o v e these healthy air fryer recipes. They are easy, yummy, healthy and extremely budget friendly. This is my first recipe post, but what you all will start to notice is that I don’t really follow recipes. In my opinion, recipes are more like…inspiration. There are always ways to adapt them to fit what you already have on hand so you can avoid another trip to the store (which will almost always end with you spending more money than needed). So, before we get into I, I have a disclaimer: the specific ingredients are more like suggestions, change it up with what you have and make it your own!

Sweet Potato Tuna Patties
Ingredients
1000 grams of sweet potato
4 cans of tuna
1 yellow onion
1 sweet bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 egg
3 tablespoons each of flour & bread crumbs
Directions
Boil the potatoes and mash when done.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix together.
Use a 1/2 cup of the mixture to form one patty and place into air fryer. My air fryer fit 5 at a time.
Air fry at 400 F for 15 minutes.
Place onto frying pan at minimum heat to keep warm.
Sweet Potato/Regular Fries
Ingredients
6 large potatoes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons garlic plus (this is our FAVE blend, but can use your own favourite)
Directions
Chop up the potatoes into fries.
Place the chopped potatoes into a bowl and dress with the remaining ingredients. Toss gently to coat all pieces evenly.
Fill half the air fryer basket with fries and cook at 400 F for 20-22 minutes. I did this recipe in two batches. Once the final batch was done, I did put all the fries back in to warm them up again.

And there it is everyone! If you try these recipes, let me know. I love hearing how people adapt and make my favourite recipes their own. And keep watch for more healthy air fryer recipes to come!
